The Kirwan Commission has delivered a set of recommendations to enact the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future. These recommendations are designed to transform Maryland’s K-12 public education into a world-class system that graduates students who are prepared to be good citizens of our society and are ready to enter the workforce or go on to college regardless of their origins or economic status. This will be the biggest item on the agenda of the Maryland legislature in the 2020 session which begins on January 8, just three days after this event. The presentation will inform us about
