We welcome you and your family to continue to learn and pray with us each day in ways that we believe will elevate your search for meaning and deepen your faith.
We also invite you to keep in touch, reach out to us in times of need, and stay informed as we explore together the challenges and responses to COVID-19 through a Jewish lens.
Although our campus is temporarily closed, our community and all that we are able to offer at this time remain available and open to you in new and exciting ways. Some of our current offerings are listed below. May we all enjoy in peace, community, and good health!
This meeting is a followup to our successful first meeting on Dec. 13 where we discussed the goals of the committee and identified multiple social justice issues of interest to those participating in the group. We are hoping to come up with several priority issues around which we can arrange some programming and that might also lead to some opportunities for advocacy. With the state legislature in session, some of the items we discuss might be opportunities to engage with our elected representatives on specific proposed legislation. Others may be issues that are not yet at the stage of legislation but could offer opportunities for us to partner with others in the effort to promote policies that could make a positive difference. We will also report back on several activities that have taken place recently on upcoming activities.
Contact Dr. Andy Miller for more information, and to receive email updates with more information on these meetings.
