What Does it Take to Succeed?
Speaker: Debbie Phelps
Sunday, April 19 – 6 p.m.
Debbie Phelps, mother of local Olympian Michael Phelps, will share insights and stories combined from three careers: A mom of three accomplished athletes, an admired school principal, and the esteemed appointed executive director of The Education Foundation in Baltimore County Public Schools, Inc.
Through her warm and energetic approach to life, Debbie will share methods she used to motivate a child (her own, or a student), reveal the efforts and actions it takes to foster a positive impact on others (as a school principal and through the Foundation), and will answer questions asked by curious participants.
