Modeled on the popular “Couch to 5K” program which inspires people to become runners in a short period of time, we will spend the month of September “training” for the High Holy Days. There will be two class periods separated by a coffee break. In addition, there will be a Hebrew reading review.
Tuesday September 17 7-7:55 p.m. – Prayers of the Mahzor which move us and inspire us with Rabbi Gruenberg Engage us with the prayers of the High Holy Days.
8:05-9 p.m. – Visions of Teshuva with Rabbi Gruenberg Imagine different modes of seeking repentance on the High Holy Days.
