Chizuk Amuno Congregation’s June 2012 trip to Israel will be a wonderful and unique travel experience. Our itinerary is designed for those who have not yet had the opportunity to visit Israel and for those who wish to return after some years in order to renew their bond with Israel.
Travelers may choose to return home after our time in Israel, or extend their visit in Israel, or after Israel continue on to other destinations.
We depart Sunday June 17, 2012 via El Al Israel Airlines. We’ll travel throughout Israel as we discover Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Ashkelon, Safed, Tiberias, the Golan Heights, Masada and the Dead Sea visiting historical and religious sites of meaning and places of importance to modern Israel. We’ll also explore Israeli society and culture as we build our personal relationships with the land and people of Israel. Celebrating Shabbat in Jerusalem will be one of the many highlights of our trip.
