Believing is Seeing

When you open your eyes do you see only what’s in front of you?

When you sing do you mouth sounds or interpret and infuse expressive meaning to words?

Do you forget what you read or read to forget?

Society has often been trained to look for frequent pleasurable distractions to help face the onslaught of real problems.
I am one of the first in line to enjoy and participate in rock concerts, jazz clubs, operas, symphonic programs and folk music; but the time that is valued beyond any humans ability to adequately use it to address our Creator requires a respectful, and intentioned approach…

As humbled as I am by the birth of a grandson nothing compares to exchanged moments with God. I “see” God in Abner’s eyes!

Within hours we will have that opportunity to share sacred time together as we have for the past 18 years. May all of our shared heartfelt prayers reach the apex of heaven.
